Pets are adopted to homes in the Austin, Texas, metro area, only, and adopted cats must have another cat living in the home! Gingi, Hershey, & Snickers are in URGENT need of a foster home! * They are three months old (Snickers) & four months old (Hershey & Gingi); * Two are males (Snickers & Hershey) & one is female (Gingi); * They weigh approx. 3.2-5 pounds, as of February 15th, 2024; * They are very sweet, but a little shy; * They need a foster family who can work with them becoming comfortable with humans, and who also has a kitten(s)/young cat(s). These three cats from the Montopolis area of Austin were rescued from living outside. A kind homeowner fed their colony for months, but has sold her home, which will be demolished to build a new house. The buyer of the house didn’t want the cats near, and the neighbors wouldn’t continue to feed them. Thanks to TNR team, Calene & Fran, the cats in the colony were trapped, neutered/spayed, and returned. Their current foster was only meant to be a temporary foster who took them into her home because the weather was freezing outside! Now, these three babies need a foster or adopter who can take care of them until we find their forever homes, and who also is gentle, loving, and willing to invest in them learning to trust humans.
