Hello there, I’m Ginger! I wish I could share the story of my past life but its too sad. When I came to Feline Friends Network, I was pretty beat up, not looking my best and was starting to give up. I was pretty frightened and it took me sometime to trust again but HEY you want to make sure everything is okay before you let your guard down. So what can I say about myself? Well I am a big orange fluff ball, with a big heart. I love greeting my human foster friends at the door, rubbing up against their legs and coming over for those belly rubs I love so much. My favourite thing? Chin Scritches. There's something about them that makes me want to purr like a motorboat. And my paws? They're quite the spectacle, with tufts of fur peeking out between my toes. They're my pride and joy. I am a good listener, up to a point that is. I don’t mind listening to your stories, even giving you a paws up from time to time but don’t be surprised if I nod off mid conversation I also don’t mind the foster cats where I am staying, often cuddling up with them. I was even in charge of mentoring the new arrivals. I would welcome them, cuddle with them and tell them they were in a safe spot now. They have all been adopted and I would like to find a place to call home. I am a great boy, I may be a bit out of sorts when I move but don’t worry I will get over it. The kind folks at FFN, had me neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. They also had me tested for FIV because I was so beat up when I came in and not surprisingly I tested positive. FIV is really not a big deal and a volunteer would be happy to talk to you about it. They are not sure how old I am and I can't remember but we think somewhere between 6 and 8 years.
