Hi, I’m Gigi. I’m two years old and I weigh about 6 pounds, so you might mistake me for a big kitten. I’m mostly black with a few white ear “furnishings”. My round face perfectly sets off my gorgeous green-gold eyes. In the sunlight, you can see the ghost tabby stripes on my back legs. I’m a sweet little girl, with the tiniest bit of sass. I love to be petted and I can get carried away with rolling around and showing my belly. I have almost fallen off the top of my cat tower several times, with my twisting and turning. If I’m standing on the ground and you pet me, I’ll curl my back end around so that my body almost forms a letter “C”. Yes, I like all the attention and I’ll get up on your lap as soon as you settle in. My sassy side comes around when I want to play. If you touch my front feet, I may “bap” you back and then run around a bit. You can barely count to three and I’ll be back for more. I like cat dancer toys and if I’m excited about all the fun I’m having, I might lick your hands and fingers while we play. Sometimes, that’s a good sign that I’m getting a little wound up. Throw a toy or two across the room and watch me play chase for a while! I currently have a roommate, Melon, and I like to stir her up with a little paw smack and then play patty cake with her. She’d be a great companion for me in a new home, or I’d be happy to pal around with a resident cat or kitten. I’d do well as a solo cat, too, as long as someone was around quite a bit to play with me and give me love. I enjoy the activity and I’m not shy. I promise to make your life more interesting and fun! All cats & kittens are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and tested FeLV/FIV negative. Adoption fee is a minimum $85 per cat donation to Feral Fixers. Discounted adoption fee if two cats are adopted together, $150 for a pair. A brief screening questionnaire and contract apply! All of our cats/kittens are in foster homes throughout DuPage County. We consider adopters within a reasonable driving distance.
