My Story

Meet our longest resident kitty Mama Gia Gia was found 4 months ago outside of a nursing home with her litter of newborn kittens. She went straight to a foster home but tragically lost her whole litter over the next few days. She was loved on and comforted in her foster home and ended up saving 2 other litters of kittens by being their surrogate mama. Gia gave everything she had to keep those babies alive and well fed and started loosing weight herself. We ran lots of diagnostics and bloodwork and discovered she has hyperthyroidism. Her hyperthyroidism is well managed and she is a champ at taking her daily medication. Her medication will likely be lifelong but is very affordable. Mama Gia is a very sweet and affectionate kitty with the most adorable little tongue blep. Come fall in love with her today!
