Gentry

Gentry is a beautiful 2 year old long-haired beauty. She was dumped on the street and was having a really hard time taking care of herself when a good Samaritan rescued her. She had recently been a house cat and just didn’t know how to survive on the street. She was having a hard time finding food and cats outside were being mean to her. But it hasn’t dampened her spirit or her love of people. She has recently been in foster care after her ordeal on the streets and she spent much of her time sleeping and hiding in a cabinet. But she would always come out of hiding for pets and affection. She enjoys dry kibble but requires a little encouragement in the form of pets to feel comfortable eating canned cat food. And Gentry has perfect litter box manners. Gentry is such a sweet cat! Gentry takes a little time to gain confidence and trust, but she will make a wonderful companion. She’d enjoy taking naps with you and watching TV with you. After her ordeal on the streets, she does grumble at other cats, but with time and a proper introduction, she could do well with another sweet/passive cat.
