Meet this cutie named Gaget! She and her siblings came into the shelter May 10, 2024 when their owner could no longer keep them. Shes a sweet girlie (a little shy) who is settling in nicely to shelter life but hopes her stay will not be too long. She came in around 3 months old and is current on shots. Will get any boosters when due while at the shelter if needed. She enjoyed when I reached in to give her a little attention. A sweet young kitty who deserves to know a wonderful life with a loving person or family. Visit with Gaget today and adopt her into your heart and home. Know that kittens love chasing after a toy so having some for him would be great…toys with bells, felt pipe cleaners (get in arts and craft areas), red laser are all fun. Plus having a sibling or another kitten friend is a big bonus…kittens do great in pairs. Cats love to climb so having a climbing post that has a scratching area would be awesome too. Did you know clipping your kitties nails every ~5 weeks reduces their need to a scratch to file nails back. Hope these tips help if and when you get a kitty. We have SO MANY cats & kittens arriving daily that it is hard to keep our Petfinder as up to date as we would like. So please, COME TO THE SHELTER and meet some of the wonderful cats that are up for adoption and open up your home to one or more kitties today! If you adopt a cat that is not already spayed or neutered, you will receive a voucher to help cover the cost of the surgery, and some vets honor the voucher 100%! Such a great deal -- while also saving a life!! All of our cats are tested for FIV as well as Feline Leukemia before being placed up for adoption. Not quite ready for the commitment of adoption but would love to contribute to the health and happiness of our feline fur babies? We'd very much appreciate some litter, or food (especially kitten food - Purina is their favorite!). Maybe you will have some time to snuggle and love on them while you're here. It makes their time here more enjoyable when they get extra love & attention. Also, we need volunteers & foster homes! Come to the shelter to apply! The shelter hours are Monday-Friday 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm (we close from 1pm-2pm for lunch), and Saturday 10am-4pm. Hope to see you soon!
