Yes with other cats after a slow introduction and possibly ok with cat friendly dogs after a slow introduction. CHILDREN? Good with well-mannered children SPECIAL NEEDS: No THIS CAT IS LOCATED IN CENTRAL ARKANSAS OUT OF STATE/OUT OF AREA? We transport to Connecticut weekly, weather permitting.
