He is so sweet and knows humans are his help....coming right up to the caretaker for help. Probably abandoned and just needing a place for food & safety so came forward looking for a friend. Since being in her foster home, he's made great friends with another cat, Mikey. They are buddies, playing and sleeping together. He's known the love of family life and is looking forward to that again. His foster Mom said he's always close by, at her feet, loves love. Bonds very well. The boys are good sized, about 12-13#. Freddies's adoption fee is $150 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
