Freckles, (aka Mama) had 5 babies quite young. This sweet girl was an amazing mom, attentive but not overbearing, and is now looking for her forever home away from her babies where she can learn to be a young cat. She is usually very calm and relaxed but has started playing a bit in the last month and would love a family who will try different toys with her to see what she likes. Freckles is very athletic and wants to be up on counters and tables but has learned pretty quick that is not acceptable. This sweet girl loves to sleep on soft blankets and have her chin and neck scratched. She wants to be near her people and when she wants cuddles, she’ll let you know by putting her paws up on your leg and stretching towards you. Freckles loves to rub against your legs, especially when you are making food in the kitchen. She has excellent litter box manners and eats FirstMate dry food. She is picky about her wet food and some brands gave her an upset stomach, so you may need to try a few to find ones she likes.
