Time to meet Franklin who knows exactly what he wants ... play time, cuddle time or chow time ~ this guy will let his foster family know! Franklin & his littermates are living at a foster family so arrangements need to be made in advance to meet them by sending an email to the Rescue. This guy just loves to be cuddled & held ... he always stays close while food is being fixed so he's first in line for chow!
