Frankie is a very good boy! He is talkative, sweet, and relaxed!
Frankie came from a colony and told everyone who would listen how he felt about being in a trap. We knew right away this boy was not feral.
He does well with other cats, when introduced properly and slowly. He loves to be pet and held. Anyone who adopts him should never leave the door open too long as he is still very interested in going outdoors. Frankie would do well with kids, other cats, but we are unsure about dogs.
Unfortunately Frankie tested positive for FIV, but FeLv negative. FIV cats can live long, happy, and healthy lives a long side non FIV cats.
FIV is ONLY transmitted through deep bite wounds and usually happens when unaltered males are fighting over a female in heat. There is really no risk to other cats.
