Frankie is the sweetest kitten who was found in South Philly. She's shy and reserved at first glance, but with one head scratch, she immediately opens up and showers you with head butts and endless floor plops for belly rubs. She's never once hissed, swatted, or shown aggressive behavior to her foster or other cats. She's friendly, calm, and very easy going, despite everything she's likely been through. She's just waiting for someone to show she can be the bestest kitty companion anyone could ask for
