My Story

Frank the Tank is an affectionate Casanova who thrives in the spotlight! Those in need of a loyal, loving couch potato companion should look no further than Frank the Tank. This buff feline enjoys basking in attention and is very vocal about his admiration for his favorite people. He loves to snuggle, so much so that he’ll crawl under the blankets with you! Frank would love nothing more than to spend every day by your side. Frank is also an expert in conflict management. Despite his dominant personality, Frank is excellent at de-escalating disputes between cats in his community. He currently lives alongside other foster cats and is quite friendly and playful with them. Whether he’s the leader of the pack or an only cat, Frank will adapt to and cherish his new home! Frank the Tank is tough, but he faces challenges like the rest of us. After being rescued, a veterinarian discovered that Frank had a compromised immune system and tested positive for FIV. It’s important to note, though, that cats with FIV can live long and happy lives with non-FIV cats without posing risks to their health. Frank is approximately 3 years old, neutered, and up to date on his vaccines. NOTE: FIV should not be confused with FELV. Cats with FELV cannot live alongside cats without it, while FIV cats can and live long, healthy lives. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Frank’s foster mom (who has experience with both FIV and FELV cats).
