My Story

Francesca is one of a litter of 3 kittens rescued from a country club golf course in rural Mississippi. We were able to trap momma cat and the three kittens. Momma was spayed and released back to her outdoor home, and we took the kittens into foster. Francesca’s other two siblings are being adopted out as a pair, leaving her as a solo kitten. As the bravest, most independent kitten of the litter, she will do fine being adopted without one of her siblings as long as there is another friendly feline in the house to keep her company. Francesca is a soft brown striped tabby with warm peachy undertones, giving her a spectacular coat with an exotic appearance. She also inherited a 3/4 length tail with a crooked little kink at the end from her bobtailed mother, which only adds to her unique look. She is super playful and loves chasing toys. She has a lot of kitten energy and will play for hours! She is super adorable, and you will waste hours of your day just doting on her and laughing at her silly antics. She is sweet and is coming around quickly. She is super sweet and loves to be picked up and get kisses. She purrs quickly, and is always looking for attention. Francesca is available for adoption by herself, or paired with another kitten (ask us who else we have available!). If you already have a friendly young feline at home that needs a playmate and can keep up with her, she can be adopted solo. But she cannot be the only feline in the home. Kittens do much better in pairs! They will keep each other company and drive each other crazy instead of driving you crazy! They are less destructive and they will teach each other boundaries, resulting in much happier, better behaved adult cats. They won’t be prone to the aggressiveness you often see in single kitten syndrome. She has been around other adult cats, but has not been around dogs or kids. But given her young age she would probably adapt easily to them as long as they were calm and gave her time to adjust. She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, combo tested negative, dewormed, and treated for fleas.
