Fortune Cookie is a sweet girl with some calico spice. She was injured as a tiny kitten, possibly being hit by a car or by having her face dragged on pavement as she had a degloved jaw, which is now completely healed. She is very playful, loves toys and catnip and can easily entertain herself. She likes to follow her people around, especially at meal time. Sleeping in the laundry basket is another favorite activity. Currently, she lives with another kitten and they play well together, having only met a week ago. With people, Fortune is friendly and affectionate but needs a slow and calm first meeting. She is easily upset by reaching for her face or head, which may be the result of how she was injured. Fortune spent some time in a previous foster home with a 9 yr old child so she would do well with that age or older children. She is curious with dogs in her foster home but is not at all afraid of them. She has even ventured into the dog bed with a sleeping dog a few times. She is fully litter box trained, already combo tested negative and will be spayed and fully vaccinated before going to her forever home.
