Forrest, is a big ole sweetheart. He weigh about 13lbs. He is a short haired, orange and white Tabby. He is very outgoing, social and friendly. Having lived with dogs and children, he adjusts well in any situation and fond of kids. He likes to go in and out of the doggy door at his foster's house. He absolutely loves attention and playing with toys and in boxes.
He was surrendered to us at one of our clinics. He was tested for FELV/FIV, tested positive for Feline Leukemia. He is only 1 year old. We will retest him in a few months to check for any change in his health status. Being FELV positive does not mean he is constantly sick or that he is in pain. Forrest goes about his day just like any other cat. He is happy and otherwise healthy. More or less, his immune system isn't "as strong" as others. Illnesses could make him sicker than the average cat.
He has been neutered, UTD on vaccinations, dewormed, tested for FIV/FELV. He did test positive for Feline Leukemia. We will retest a few months to see if there has been any change.
