This 5-year-old girl hasn't had the easiest life thus far, but we are determined to find her happily ever after. Foosball was found as a stray - she was rescued and brought to NAWS. She was very thin and sick, so we began the process of making her healthy. We suspect this little lady has not had love or a gentle touch in some time. Foosball was placed in one of our wonderful foster homes where she could become healthy and learn to trust people. She is looking for an adopter that just understands her. She has an "alpha" personality and has a funny way of showing her gratitude! While she could live with another passive/independent cat, we think she would thrive being a solo queen of the house. She has lived with several dogs and tolerates them. The key to Foosball's heart is FOOD! She loves treats and has learned some of her manners while being hand fed both lick-able and dry treats. She is not the type of cat that hides how she is feeling, so she will need an experienced cat person who will understand her and give her time to feel comfortable. Her foster is able to kiss her face....if she is in the mood! She will show you signs of how she is feeling. She can be sweet when she wants to be.
