One of our cat-mafia leaders, we often joke that cats that pair up with Foona Lagoona Baboona on entry into her room are destined for a life of mischief and always being caught at the scene of the crime with no regrets. Foona has been with us for a few years now, but she tends to stick in the background and not outwardly seek affection. When the crazy hits, Foona fades away. She is slow to warm and very particular of whom she lets in. She has a handful of volunteers that she has chosen to see her sweet side and she prefers to keep her circle small; she chooses her friends very wisely. Once she deicides you passed muster, she loves to be brushed and petted, even giving you her belly and kissing you while you pet her. The key to gaining Foona's trust is patience and consistency. Once she settles in, things are quiet and she lets that wall down she blossoms into an entirely different cat. Foona needs a chance to show you her true colors, and we know that once you see them, you'll see her for the hidden gem she has been for all these years. Foona would love a quiet place to curl up and enjoy her life, likely without the daily noise of dogs or kids, where she can just enjoy life's pleasures. Foona would likely do best in a quieter home with mature children that respect her boundaries. Foona Lagoona Baboona is at Princeton's Meow and can be seen during open hours.
