Flora was a local surrender due to not getting along with the other cats in the home. Flora was an outdoor cat who was brought indoors so she didn't know how to be an indoor cat. Since being at the shelter Flora has learned how to coexist with other cats and is more comfortable being indoors with people. She is absolutely beautiful, and deserves to be the center of someone's world.
