If you want a low key kitty who won't bother you, Fletcher is your guy. He would be great for a companion for another cat or someone that has too many cats vying for attention. He loves other cats and is used to a small friendly dog but is fearful of humans. Oddly, he will come and cuddle with his foster mom at night but the minute she wakes up he bolts. If you go to pet him, he will run but he will be by the food bowl in the morning waiting politely. Please consider giving this adorable low-key cat a home. He is only asking for a little food and to have his litter changed.
