Finch

Finch is an extra special boy! So special that he was born with a very rare inheritable skin condition called Feline Cutaneous Asthenia. Feline Cutaneous Asthenia is characterized by abnormal elasticity of the skin. Not only does Finch’s skin feel very loose, but it is very delicate and can tear easily. We’ve found that the best way to keep Finch safe from any accidental skin injuries is to keep a sweater and claw caps on him at all times. Truly, Finch does not let his condition hold him back from anything. At just under 1 year of age, Finch is the most friendly, playful, cuddly and sweet kitty! He loves to play with other cats (even though he must be careful not to get hurt), he loves to cuddle, enjoys belly rubs, gets along great with dogs & is such a happy boy! Finch has lived his entire life bouncing from shelter to shelter and deserves to finally settle down in a forever place he can call home.
