Hi. My name is Fern.
My foster mom says I'm an absolute sweetheart. When I came to her, I was nursing my babies, recovering from a spay and i had a respiratory infection. I let her give me medication, take my temp and put medicine in my eye and I didn't even scratch, growl or bite. I'm litter box trained, and I really love wet food, treats, being petted and snuggled. Right now, I'm learning what toys are and what to do with them. I'm a little jumpy with loud noises so a quiet home will be best for me! It would be best to start me off in a small room, so I can get used to being in that space, and then I can venture out! To be honest, my foster home is the first home I've ever been in, so everything in your home might be a little scary and new to me, so please be patient! I was around a lot of other kitties where I came from, so if you have one, I bet we could be friends. Especially with a proper introduction!
Really, I'd love a lap to crawl up on, a window to look out of and a family to call own.
