Meet Faith! Faith's foster describes her as one of the sweetest cats they've ever had. Faith is all about the love! She is not very interested in playing with toys. Instead, her main pastime is following her human around the house. Faith's endearing clinginess is likely the result of having been abandoned by a previous caretaker. Faith likes to be picked up and held, snuggled, and she gives an exorbitant amount of kisses and nose boops. She will stare lovingly into her human's eyes to show her gratitude for being in a happy, safe home. A hard worker, Faith is also known to dabble in the air biscuit-making business. Faith is not a fan of other cats so she should be in a single-cat household with no dogs and no children. She would be a perfect companion for a retiree seeking constant presence and affection. Her adopter should be patient with her and allow her time to adjust to her surroundings due to her nervous behavior. We require adopters to fill out an application, have basic references checked, allow a home visit via video tour (to ensure conditions are safe and reasonable), and pay an adoption fee. We allow all adopters an up-to-2-week-long tryout period to determine if the cat(s) is a good match for them. If not, we will retrieve the cat(s) and return the adoption fee in full. We will also help with tips and methods for introducing the cat(s) to other pets, if needed.
