Meet Europe! This young precious girl was rescued along with 19 kittens. There were 4 other adult cats but she was the only one that stayed in our program as the others were semi-feral and went back to their "home". They all came from 2 people that did not spay/neuter their cats. They were on their way to a park to release them because they didn't want the babies anymore. The babies ranged in age from 3 to 4.5 weeks at the time. Europe was the only mom whose kittens we could identify as they all came together (they were born about a month later than the others). Europe is so special. First, she is tiny. She almost looks like a 5 month old kitten. But she is about 2 years old. But don't let that fool you because she can hold her own. She is an office favorite for sure! She has these big eyes full of wonderment and surprise. She has discovered toys and you see her having the zoomies and playing with toys. She is fast two!
