Emmett

This little boy was born Oct. of '08. He has a silky black coat of medium length. He could play all day long and then crash in a heap of purrs on your lap when done. He is quite entranced by jingle balls at the moment, running laps around the playroom chasing them down. But when he gets tired there is no where he would rather be then in your lap and complains loudly when you are not giving him attention. He was raised in a loving home and is very well socialized. Emmett is good with other cats, dogs and children. If you are looking for a kitty with love and energy this is the right boy for you.




The BRHS adoption fee for cats and kittens is $95.00 plus tax.




Adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations and deworming at the point of adoption, feline leukemia tested with negative results in addition to being spayed or neutered when they are 3-4 months old. To be included in the adoption fee, the surgery must be completed by our local participating vet. It can be completed elsewhere at the adopter's expense, but IS REQUIRED!




Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. We sell cardboard carriers for $5 each. Please either bring your own carrier in to take home your new family member, or plan to purchase one of ours. Thanks!
