What a gem of a kitten Emerald is!
She's happy and healthy, friendly and active. She loves to be loved. Emerald gets along well with adult cats, other kittens, big people, and little people. She's wary of dogs but seems to relax around nice ones. She loves to play with toys and cats and kittens. But what she really loves is to play with people! And after a rousing session of kitten games, she likes nothing better than to curl up in your arms for a snuggle and a nap.
She arrived at the shelter with a broken leg; however, the leg has healed and UC Davis veterinarians have said she should live a very normal, active life.

All adoptions are by appointment only. If you want to meet or adopt, please request an application via a Petfinder inquiry. An application will be emailed to complete and return. An officer will contact you.
All adoptions are $10. A $40 spay/neuter deposit for cats is fully refundable upon proof of spay/neuter. Spaying/neutering of shelter animals is required by California law; it is not optional.
