Ember

URGENT! Foster or foster to adopt needed ASAP! Ember is in need of a new home ASAP! If any of you remember Ember who came to us in 2022. She was found by a wonderful person who called us for help. Ember was alone and was very emaciated weighing a little over 3 lbs at about a year old. We found a foster to adopt who bonded with Ember instantly and they have been inseparable. Recently Ember has played nurse to her beloved Mom, who now unfortunately has gone into hospice care. Ember would probably prefer a home with no small children and no other pets. She is looking for that special someone to bond with again. She always slept with her Mom. From Ember's caretaker: Ember can be a sassy girl but has been really good with my mom. She wants attention on her terms but I have had good luck in brushing her more so than petting her. She seems to like females more than males. She loves sharing people food and enjoys weaving around your legs when cooking. I think she would do better in a quiet house with maybe no kids.
