Eliza arrived at her foster home with a stubborn infection in her left eye. After a few trips to the vet, they were finally able to find a medicine that worked. It did leave her with 2 slightly different colored eyes but no vision impairment.
Eliza is a tad shy, but she loves her foster family and foster fur siblings. She lives with children, a dog, and several other cats and kittens. She prefers to play gently and avoids the rougher playing cats.
She doesn't like to be approached from above. Eliza would rather come to you. Once she does, she loves to be picked up, hugged, and kissed. She has a strong purring motor!
Eliza is a petite, gentle little girl who loves to sit on your lap and be scratched and petted. She likes to play with toys and laser pointers. You can usually find Eliza lying in the sunshine. She is prettier than pictures show having many colors to her, including orange. Eliza would do well in a home either as an only cat or with other cats that play gently.
Her foster family is surprised that no one has come to see her or consider giving her a home yet.
