Meet Eleanor! Miss Ellie is about three and a half years old, and unfortunately a returned adoption - she was originally adopted from our rescue in 2022 but returned recently due to a urinary tract infection which we have been treating upon her return. Eleanor is understandably a bit wary at the moment, she has been living likely with some discomfort due to the active UTI, and on top of that she was rehomed, but we hope with some time to settle and some TLC she returns back to her loving and inquisitive self. She’s currently in foster and her foster mom plays with her every day, spoiling her with treats and playtime.
Eleanor will be a wonderful companion in her new home, we are sure of it. However, her adopter will need to be prepared for a cat who might not be thrilled to visit the vet or be in a crate (to be honest, cats that enjoy these activities are rare anyway).
