Egress

Egress, aka Egg, aka Goose, aka Eegy, is a victim of single kitten syndrome! If you've visited us at Petco, you've heard use explain that one reason for our two-kitten policy is Single Kitten Syndrome, which is when a kitten is raised without siblings or cat mentors starts to think of humans as playthings! Egress's rough-housing with humans was adorable when he was 2 pounds, but when he got bigger, those love bites started to hurt! Egress was rehabilitated by a rescuer, and he's 99% of the way to being a perfect cat. Egress gets along with non-dominant cats, and he can be a single cat in a home that will continue to redirect his predilection for wrestling with human hands towards more appropriate play. He's an outgoing and social teen, and he loves human attention. He'd be best in a home with people who were around frequently--a hybrid or a regular 9-5 with not too many late nights would be fine for him! He adores chin scritches and high places to hang out. Egress is FIV and FeLV negative, neutered, and up-to-date on shots. Come meet him at Petco Union Square!
