Earl came to Carma scared to death of everything and would not allow human touch! When he got sick and had to be hospitalized he realized humans were here to help him now so he slowly started to trust. He was diagnosed with diabetes and requires a special diet of diabetic management food and insulin twice daily. He is very food driven so he is easy to administer insulin to because he is so distracted by his dish of canned food that he doesn’t even notice the needle!
He is easily startled so would do best in a home without young children. He loves attention and even enjoys belly rubs as long as he can hold your hand while you do it to stay in control of the situation. He enjoys the company of other cats but he can be an attention and food hog so the other cat would need to be tolerant of him as he would not fight back if challenged.
