My Story

This super nice guy has so much tolerance. He's very patient and loves attention. He's a looker, too!

This is one great looking cat who hasn't missed many meals. Demitri likes Greek food, Mexican food, Italian food, Chinese food....well, okay, Demitri likes ALL kinds of food. He's a big loving, armful of feline fun at 16+ pounds.

The only gotcha with Demitri is that he had one too many fights as a stray and ended catching the FIV virus. Hey, that doesn't mean you can't take him home and love him and be loved back BIG time (people can't catch it). It does mean he needs to be the only cat in your household OR join a household with another FIV positive cat or cats. How about taking him home with one of his FIV room pals? He'd love that!

Have we got a deal for you! Life is "better with a buddy". You can get a discount if you adopt more than one cat! What about it? Demitri is waiting.

Cats diagnosed with FIV can lead long & healthy lives. Because CAT feels so strongly that they will remain healthy and wishes to provide a sense of support, a Wellness Certificate is issued upon adoption.

These certificates provide the following, free of charge, for one year after adoption:

  • Annual preventative health care.
  • Comprehensive health exam after 11 months.
  • Any veterinary (CAT Hospital) care required that is related to the cat's FIV status.
