My Story

Debbie was a stray cat that showed up in a back yard with an completly black cat and four kittens. Both cats nursed and cared for the kittens. Debbie is very gentle and sweet; they type of a cat who is grateful for any attention that she is given but does does not demand attention. She is now spayed and would be a wonderful pet for a kind family. ******** Debbie was adopted by a retired lady in Kingston who lives in a condo and wanted a companion. She will be an indoor cat but the lady purchased a special harness-coat so that they can go outdoors in the garden together. Debbie, now Tassie, has many toys but her favorite is a mouse that she caries everywhere, and she is training her owner toplay kitty-dancer with her. This is what the lady wrote: " She is a wonderful little cat, smart, playful. Right now she is following me around like a little dog but I think when she is sure I'm not going away she will settle down. If she loses me for a minute she use her "distess" meow, until I answer her and she comes running. She has settled in so well, a lot better than I anticipated. Thanks for making her so pretty, I do appreciate it and thank you for your time and patience."
