I'm working undercover to keep an eye on you and your household.  You may not even know you're under surveillance.  I can vanish into thin air if anyone or anything interferes with my investigation.  If you need a cat who knows how to stay out of trouble and will always keep your secrets, I just might take your case.

Do you think big is beautiful? At close to 18 pounds, Davis might be right up your alley. Davis is a quiet, mellow lover-boy who doesn’t mind being picked up and held—if you’re strong enough to lift him. He has wonderful, pinchable cheeks and a great purr. So how did such a stud end up in a shelter?

Davis lived in a great home for the first six years of his life, but then his owner became very ill and could no longer take care of him. As much as she wanted him as a companion, Davis had to come and stay with us at the Sherwood Shelter so he could look for a new home. His human mom let us know that “Davis is shy at first. He tends to hide if he is frightened, but can be very affectionate and likes to be petted once he is feeling comfortable in his surroundings.”
