Coda

This beautiful little boy is sweet as can be!...he just tends to save the sweeter parts of his personality for his fellow furry friends! Coda's foster home includes two adult cats and two adult dogs--the moment any of them walk into the room, he lights up...especially his kitty foster brothers :) When they walk in, his tail goes up, he makes a happy little chirping noise, and gives nuzzles. Much like his feral momma, Coda is still a little wary of humans. We've made huge strides since he and his littermates were trapped and improves more every day. Right now, he is happy to hang out and even nap around humans. He's gained the nickname "Loaf" or "Coda-Loaf" because he likes to plop down in the middle of the room, tuck his feet under his torso, and curl his little gray tail up against his side like a little loaf of bread! That way, he can comfortably be a part of the action, but be far enough away from people that he won't be scooped up or touched. He'll tolerate being held, and even enjoys a scratch behind the ear, but he'll do his best to avoid it. I'm confident he will continue warming up when he finds his forever family. He'll do best in a family with one or more animals. If you're looking for a companion for one of your furry companions, he's the best!
