Hello there, friends! My name is Queen Coconut & I’m here to tell you about my life. Up until a few months ago, I reigned over a large kingdom known as “The Streets.” It was lovely…except for the risk of injuries & illnesses. As luck would have it, I was offered the chance to replace my vast kingdom with a more humble option.
As I had just given birth to 3 babies, I quickly showed my interest in being queen of one house instead of many. I have raised my heirs to be independent kittens & know they are ready to be on their own now. Since my duties to them are over, I think it’s time to search for a kingdom away from them. One where I will be the ONLY center of attention to my subjects. As you have read, I prefer to live by myself, so no other cats or dogs…I get a little (or a lot) territorial. I love being catered to & may cause an accidental trip or two when I unexpectedly rub on your legs as your walking…oops…just know it’s out of love!
I also voice my opinions 100% of the time, as a queen should - usually when you cross my field of vision, have food in your hands, or I want attention. I don’t meow, I don’t chirp, & I don’t growl…no, a queen must be unique, so instead, I do a combination of all 3. It’s different, but you’ll always know who is speaking to you. I make my needs known & reward you with hugs & purrs. I’m a restless cat that always need to be on the move, but I also enjoy cuddling.
One of my favorite pastimes has been curling up next to my foster person & enjoying her pets. Want those loud purrs? Bring out the comb/brush & help me maintain my locks. Royalty cannot look disheveled…plus those knots are HORRENDOUS to get out. In truth, I’m a soft, easy going, loving, & talkative cat who is searching for her forever family where I can rule until the end of my days…with (as a reminder) no other pet siblings. If you think this is you, I encourage you to apply to meet me!
