My Story

Coconut was rescued with her mom and siblings from the outdoors and ended up in a shelter in Northern Ontario before being transferred to an Abbey Cats foster home in the GTA. Coconut is a stunning brown and cream tabby cat with orange highlights. She is the largest of the litter, the only kitten to figure out how to be nourished solely from her mother’s milk. She loves her mother and follows her around all of the time. Coconut is quite independent as well and can often be seen playing intensely by herself, chasing balls and springs around the room. Coconut doesn’t necessarily seek out human attention, but she loves it when she gets it. She is sweet as can be when you pick her up, immediately starts to purr, and is happy to be held and stroked. Coconut also enjoys attacking her siblings and wrestling them to the ground. She is a fun and playful gorgeous all-around kitten. Coconut MUST be adopted with one of her siblings, Papaya, Mango, Pineapple, or Kiwi. Coconut needs to be adopted with a cat in the program or have another cat at home. Please bear in mind that it is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of six months to a home without a kitten of similar age for company.
