My Story

Hi, I'm Cleo and I am just a little bitty cat, but I have a lot of personality is this tiny body, I promise! I am a little shy at first; I think because the start of my life was a little scary. Now that I am warm and have good spots to snooze, and lots of tasty food, I have realized that this adoption place is kind of great. Binx is my mama and BFF, and we need to be adopted together. Lucky you, as we are two of the cutest little kitties in all the land! I am still a little shy, but I have really come out of my shell. I usually wait for my Mom to check out a situation first, then I like to join in...sometimes taking center stage! All cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, up to date on rabies and distemper and have had de-wormer medication as a preventive measure. All have tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia. Some kitties may even have a microchip. HOW TO ADOPT *Download, complete and return an adoption application from our website https://orphananimalrescue.org/how-to-adopt. *Email the completed application to [email protected]. Open by appointment, please send a message to [email protected] to schedule once you complete an application. *Contact your veterinarian's office and NON-RELATED personal references to expect a phone call from someone at OARS. This helps us process the application within 2 days. We focus on providing personalized care for these cats in a loving, home-like environment. Cats live in community rooms and they are able to watch bird feeder activity and nap in a favorite sunny spot. We partner with other rescues and shelters when bringing pets to our rescue. We do not accept cats from the public. This approach allows us to help organizations near capacity or those with a special kitty that may need more attention. We are completely donation supported. All donations go towards food, supplies, medications and veterinary treatments for the homeless animals in our care. Get involved and be part of the difference for these pets.
