Cider’s is a kitten with a shy personality that melts away as soon as she’s engaged in playtime. She will chase paper balls at lightning speed, fly into the air after a feather toy, and fling herself around like a gymnast on her cat tree. Beautiful Cider blooms into a full-on goofball when playing with a string toy or watching cat TV and laps up squeeze up treats off your fingers. When focused on delicious meals, Cider accepts lots of petting and is comfortable around hands. Other times, she’s skeptical about humans petting her and she prefers showing her love through playtime rather than snuggles. When approached, she might hop away to avoid contact only to come right back for a toy two seconds later. She’s still gaining confidence and warming up a little each day, so her adopters will surely be rewarded if they give her time to adjust to her new home and to fully come out of her shell.
Cider is looking to be adopted with another kitten or young cat or into a home with another friendly, playful kitten or young cat.
