Cicero

Cicero was rescued off the streets of Brooklyn, crying out for the attention of whomever walked by. He immediately invited pets and clearly was not meant to live life on the streets. He was likely dumped by a prior owner. Cicero has a limp due to an unknown injury that had healed without medical attention while he was out on the hard streets. It doesn’t stop him though, he plays hard. In fact it only makes him cuter! Cicero loves playing with his squeaky mouse, napping in his plush fuzzy bed & enjoys nothing more than meal time (which he believes should be all the time). He enjoys pets & belly rubs but really simply likes to have human companionship. At night, he will sleep with you, crawling onto your chest & rub his face into yours. Cicero would love a home with someone who would enjoy a loving playful cat but also understands his boundaries. Cicero has been fully vetted, including dental work. Cicero is FIV+/felv- FIV+ cats can live as long and healthy a life as non-infected cats with regular vet visits, a quality diet and lots of love. Please consider opening your heart and home to Cicero. All cats and kittens are rescued from the streets, abandoned, or pulled from at-risk list at city shelter. All are vaccinated, tested for FIV and FELV, dewormed, and spayed/neutered (if old enough). If the kitten is not old enough to be spayed/neutered we will do so at a later date, post-adoption.
