Little Chips! This little feller had our staff having heart attacks over him! Our officers responded to a call of a kitten stuck in a storm drain. The city workers came to the assistance of our officer where the kitten was found deep inside manhole drains. Due to his fear, he kept running further and further into the drains! Our officer was unsuccessful in the rescue mission. Lucky enough the fire department came to the rescue! now that he has been in the care of our staff, he is realizing humans aren't too bad! His personality is starting to shine!
