Hi, my name is Chester! I'm a 5 year old kitty that was brought to CCHS because I wasn't being very nice to another cat in the home. I love people and am a lap cat. Even though I'd like to be the only cat, I'll probably be okay with dogs. I love, love, love to play! I've been around kids and am good with them. The vet said my heart is enlarged so I can't have a dental cleaning but I love canned food! I'm on a grain free diet because my skin prefers it. I'll keep you entertained for hours, I promise! I currently have the longest stay of the CCHS shelter cats as I came in on May 31, 2023. Apply for me today! Approved applicants will be notified via email. Please check junk/spam folders for a response. My adoption fee is $30. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All cats and kittens have been vaccinated for Distemper, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will also be vaccinated for Rabies, blood tested for FeLV/FIV, and vaccinated for Feline Leukemia. Cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered before adoption.
