Charlie is a super friendly tabby boy and he loves playing with his foster friends. There's not a cat he's met that he doesn't like and that doesn't like him. He's a very sensitive, gentle and loving boy. He's quite a talker too. He loves to play and wrestle with other fosters his age. He'd love to be adopted with a foster friend but it's not required. Good with dogs and other cats and should be good with older kids although he hasn't grown up around them.
