My Story

Charlie and his siblings are feral kittens that were found when they were about 8 weeks old and were brought to VPAS. Charlie is the most loving and snuggly kitten of the litter and is a bit more like a dog than a cat. He loves to have his head rubbed, and his chin scratched, and he has the best and loudest purr. He liked to follow his foster mom everywhere and always needed to be involved in what she was doing. He is a very smart kitten and was the first one to figure out how to escape from his kennel when he was small. Charlie has come a very long way from the scared feral kitten that first arrived at VPAS, but his roots are still evident when he finds himself in new situations or new environments. He is always nervous when faced with new people or places, but given a few days he comes right out of his shell and is a lover. He will not be too comfortable around young children, but will do just fine with older kids. He has no experience with dogs thus far.
