Charlie is a spayed female with a DOB is approx. 6/20/2020. She was adopted and spent nearly a year in her adoptive home but according to the adopter, she wasn't happy there and chose to return her. Sometimes that happens and the fit just isn't right and sometimes we don't get the full story - we really don't know what transpired in that home but it doesn't matter as we always take our rescues back if it simply isn't working out. Since being brought back to us, Charlie has been a little shy with strangers, but she has settled right back into the room where a few of her friends still are. We know that it will take someone special to adopt Charlie this time, someone who doesn't push her to the level of uncomfortableness that she had prior. Perhaps someone that just wants to give a cat a good home, and is okay with whatever time it takes, even if that means that she never becomes a cuddly, pick-me-up cat and just lives a happy life in a good home. Every cat deserves that chance, don't you think? We do also believe that Charlie would be happiest in a home with another cat - either a friend from here at GGOH, or a new friend in a new home.
