Charlie is an 8 yr old,neutered,declawed male,who was left on a cold winters night ,outside the shelter,all by himself...if one of the dogs,hadnt spotted him hiding behind the shelter,poor Charle would have died from the elements.....he is abig boy ,about 15 lbs,but what a love..
