My Story

Champ is a domestic shorthair Siamese/Tabby X kitty that was rescued from the local shelter just in the nick of time. A resident trapped him and took him to the shelter only to be euthanized. We knew someone out there is looking for this handsome young man so we decided to give Champ a second chance. Champ has been neutered, and is current on all his vaccinations. Champ is so sweet and affectionate and seems to be rather gentle. He is currently residing in a cage in the "cat trailer" where kitties stay when we have no more foster home room. Champ warmed right up to his new surroundings and is now simply waiting for someplace he can call her forever home. We are unsure of what happened to Champ's tail but it appears that the last 1/4 of his tail is gone and the portion that is there is kinked in a few places...you can see this from one of the pictures. Champ has not been around other cats, dogs, or children so we are unsure of how he will react to any of them but he has a very sweet disposition. We don't know much about Champ's background; therefore, we don't know if he would like to be an indoor or indoor/outdoor kitty. At the very minimum we would like Champ to have a mostly indoor maybe sometimes outdoor home. If you adopt Champ, you must agree to keep him vaccinated annually and have a financial cushion to take care of him should health issues arise and he needs veterinary care. Please take into consideration before adopting any pet that with owning a pet comes great financial responsibility that you must be prepared for at all times. If you are interested in seeing Champ or for more information call the Bingham County Humane Society message phone at 208-680-3881 and ask for Champ in the trailer. Be sure to leave a message and we will get back with you as soon as possible. You can also e-mail us with your contact information at [email protected].
