Hey ~ have you ever heard someone use the expression "what's in a name?". Well, for me, everything!!! Because my name is Hope and that describes my life perfectly ever since I was rescued by C.A.R.E. and they gave me that name. See if you agree: first I Hoped for a loving foster home ~ and I got one! Next, I Hoped that I could learn to not be so afraid of people ~ and I'm really getting the hang of that! And then, I Hoped for a big sister ~ and I got one of those, too!!! Even though Cha Cha is only a month older than me and she really isn't my biological sister, I love her like a real sister. And like all big sisters, she's shown me how to do a lot of new stuff ~ like how to play with things that aren't "official" toys (think toilet paper roll), and how to dance the Cha Cha, of course! Together we are helping each other get used to the things that frighten us and are finding that life is not as scary when you have a friend by your side. So are you someone with a big heart that will help us continue on the path of Hope and give us a loving and safe home ~ furever? If so, we can't wait to meet you.Cha Cha and I are a bonded pair now and must be adopted together!
