CESAR HAS AN ADOPTION PENDING... Cesar and Pea lost out in a divorce, so they ended up being returned to our shelter. They are very adorable siblings and we hope they may be able to find a home together. They are 2 yrs old and very snuggly, playful, and social. Cesar is a bit larger and more shy than his sister.
