Cecliais an active sweet 7-8 week old kitten that really loves attention. She and her 3 siblings were found without their mother in a parking lot in St Mary’s parish. She made and her siblings were taken to a local shelter where they were taken to foster care. All are doing well. The rescuers took her In to arrange for rehoming and adoption. Her mom was never located. .
